Photos of the Week - April 6, 2009

This week we have five photos from four different teams. So far, other than one day, the cliche that there are April showers has held up. Other than Thursday, it rained during all of the games that I covered last week for Saint Michaels College. Fortunately for me, I have a rain cover for my camera! Included this week is a photo some of you may have seen as it is on the front page of my website currently. Another photo is from a Women's Lacrosse game when one player is being struck in the face by another players stick. Speaking of lacrosse, you will also see a goal from the Men's Lacrosse team. The remaining two pictures include two doubles partners chasing after the same ball in a tennis match, and a softball pitcher. Remember, you may click on a photo to enlarge it.

Photos of the Week - March 30, 2009

Spring is Vermont is finally here! With the arrival of spring comes my favorite thing which I got a preview to earlier in Toronto, which is baseball. However, I do recognize that there are other sports being played during this time. I am happy to be doing some photography for Saint Michaels College during the spring season and was able to attend and photograph their first home event of the spring with Men's Tennis taking on Stonehill who is in first in the NE-10. Unfortunately, I was stuck behind a fence which made it hard to get good shots during the match. However, there were many successes. For this weeks photo of the week, you see SMC's number one trying his hardest even though himself and the rest of the team was losing. Unfortunately, the Purple Knights lost 9-0. Here it is:
